About Danja Stocca
Danja Stocca is a California-licensed attorney with an international legal and business background.
She began her legal career working across diverse practice areas, including business law, real estate, and immigration, and has since gained experience advising clients on a broad range of civil and commercial matters, providing strategic and detail-oriented counsel from case inception through resolution. Danja is known for her analytical approach, strong work ethic, and ability to navigate complex legal issues efficiently.
Prior to practicing in the United States, Danja obtained her law degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Genoa, Italy. She later earned an LL.M. in International Business Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she developed a strong foundation in U.S. and cross-border commercial law.
In addition to her legal training, Danja holds an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, equipping her with a practical understanding of business operations, strategy, and risk management. This dual legal and business perspective allows her to provide clients with commercially aware and solution-oriented advice tailored to clients’ objectives.
She recently obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification, further strengthening her expertise in European data protection law and privacy compliance. This credential complements her interest in advising companies on data privacy, technology, and regulatory matters in an increasingly digital and interconnected landscape.
